Welcome to Wellborn Special Utility District. If you are a home owner, you can print out the Service Application and Agreement to fill out, however, we have to collect your $100 deposit. If you are renting a property, please fill out our Rental Agreement form. Have the property owner or manager sign it. Renters do not pay a deposit.
You can come into the office to sign up for service, email us your application, or mail your application along with payment for the deposit to P.O. Box 250, Wellborn, TX., 77881.
Homeowners: For your service application, please email it to debbie@wellbornsud.com . Please remember to provide proof of ownership (ex. closing document, deed, etc.) along with a picture of your drivers license.
Renters: For your rental agreement form, please email it to carolyn@wellbornsud.com
