LUA/CIP and Impact Fee Update Calculation Posted

Wellborn Special Utility District is updating its impact fee program to support future water infrastructure needed for growth. In accordance with Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Government Code, the planning documents and calculations required for this process are posted online for public review. These documents are for planning purposes and do not necessarily represent the final impact fee, which will be determined at a future public meeting. You can find the documents here.
